The Knowledge Base for Municipal Service

Citizens have a wide range of questions for the authorities. Whether it's about garbage collection, child support or a planned street festival: These questions must be answered as efficiently as possible. A knowledge base is essential in this case, because it allows fast access to up-to-date and quality-assured information.

With USU KnowledgeCenter a field-tested knowledge base is available. Municipal service centers in Cologne, Berlin, Leipzig, Friedrichshafen, Mannheim, Karlsruhe, Aachen, Innsbruck, Pinneberg and other large and mid-sized cities already successfully work with USU KnowledgeCenter.

The subject of a unified, nation-wide service number has gained importance since the launch of project D115. The project was initiated by Germany's chancellor Angela Merkel with the goal to provide fast and competent information via the service hotline 115.

The D115 knowledge base is based on USU's technology KnowledgeCenter. This ensures a seamless integration of local knowledge bases with USU KnowledgeCenter and the central D115 knowledge base. This combination allows particularly powerful and efficient solutions to be deployed. No matter whether it's at the federal, state or local level: The relevant knowledge is immediately available throughout all administrative levels.
