USU KnowledgeCenter 5 is the standard knowledge base for call- and service centers.

The service center is the central point of contact with your customers, particularly for outbound calls.

USU KnowledgeCenter 5 offers several functions for outbound call centers that allow well-structured conversations. The core module is USU KnowledgeGuide. It specifies questions and logical answers to the user. Depending on the user's answer, the next logical question is displayed. KnowledgeGuide guides the user through the conversation to the appropriate solution.
